With Architecture and construction projects, there are strict legal and compliance responsibilities put upon the homeowner that aren’t easy to find and my job is to ensure you are covered, compliant and legally allowed to proceed forward.

PLANNING PERMISSION
Design 92/99 can provide a full Planning Permission package to try to convince your Local Authority to grant permission for your proposal.
Pre-Planning advice and guidance.
Preparation of comprehensive planning package submissions to your Local Authority.
Manage and mediate with the relevant consultants required (subject to your proposal).
Represent you as your duly appointed agent and liaising with the Local Authority and endeavor to get your permissions in place.
Planning Permission is not guaranteed as planning policies can limit your goals.

BUILDING WARRANT
Design 92/99 can provide a full comprehensive Building Warrant package to your Local Authority.
Offer consultation on the compliance of your proposal in accordance with the Scottish Building Regulations.
Preparation of a detailed and comprehensive Building Warrant package for submission to your Local Authority.
Manage and mediate with the relevant consultants required (subject to your proposal)
Represent you as your duly appointed agent, liaising with the Local Authority to get your approval in place to allow construction stages to progress forward.
Compliance to the Technical Standards are mandatory.

DESIGN
Where work is covered Permitted Development Rights or exempt from a Building Warrant.
Design 92/99 can provide bespoke design packages to assist with achieving whatever your imagination can muster, within reason. These packages will assist contractors to accurately price and install in accordance with your design intent.
Bespoke designs can be prepared for:
Landscaping - Need a new garden layout and design, new driveway?
Internal Alterations - Need a new bathroom layout, bedroom upgrade or kitchen replacement?
Your imagination is only limited by my knowledge, experience and skill set
ABOUT ME
My name is Stewart Robinson. Born in South Africa, raised in England and then grew up in Scotland and never left. I have always had a desire to understand how things work and go together. I stumbled across Architectural Technology, a space between engineering and architecture, where I studied at Robert Gordon University to get my BSc (Hons) in Architectural Technology. Now, I am an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technology - working towards becoming a Chartered Architectural Technologist.
I’ve been in this field for nearly 10 years now, my first employment instilled in me the passion for caring about the finer details and achieving our clients dreams as if they were our own. A small family run business in Callander, they laid the foundation of my design principles while under their wing. Blessed with the opportunity to work with such incredible people and help shape my views on architectural design.
These skills have been honed over the years, in recent years, I was involved in the renovation project at Taymouth Castle, once in a lifetime opportunity. My skill set was challenged every single day and enjoyed every challenge it brought. I worked under one of the most incredible Architects I’ve met, who inspired me with his approach to the controlling chaos and worked with bright and wonderful team to achieve what should’ve been impossible.
Design 92/99 is a new adventure in my life; to start this business where I can carry over these traditions, principals and now with my enhanced skill set to provide service to new clients of my very own.
Design 92/99 purpose and goal is to provide clients who desire quality architectural and design service at a fraction of the cost. Design 92/99 is a self-employed business with services operating in the evenings and weekends, to offer clients out of work hour services with the aim to minimize disruption to your daily life while offering quality architectural and design services.
Business work hours will be limited to:
Tues - Fri: 6pm - 10pm.
Weekends: 10am - 6pm. Times may vary Subject to your availability
Design 92/99 will be a non-VAT business, VAT exempt in accordance with the government requirements, passing an immediate 20% cost saving onto you.
